Wesley Manor Retirement Center has announced that a member of its executive team has been selected to serve on a prestigious committee that helps set the nursing home policy agenda for the Moving Forward Coalition.
Wesley Manor announced that Mark Prifogle, Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators, FACHCA, has been selected to serve as a Steering Committee Member for the Moving Forward Coalition. The committee members represent diverse stakeholders from across the field and develops policy statements on nursing home topics. The topics draw from the NASEM report, the nine original Moving Forward Action Plans and current federal and state policy movement.
“This prestigious role will allow Mark to contribute to shaping federal policies that improve the nursing home industry, ensuring that communities across the country continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care for older adults,” Wesley Manor released. “At BHI Senior Living, we are committed to innovation, advocacy and leadership in senior living, and we are thrilled to support him in this important work.”
