Lebanon Police Continue Search For Armed Robbery Suspect

Lebanon Police Department officers continue the search for an armed robbery suspect at the Lebanon Wendy’s location last night.

On April 25, just after 9:30 p.m., Lebanon Police Department officers reportedly responded to reports of an armed robbery at Wendy’s located at 1362 South St. in Lebanon.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers were tasked with ensuring the safety of the individuals present within the building while gathering information and launching an investigation into locating the suspect of the armed robbery.

The Lebanon Police Department released a sequence of events that occurred during the incident after reviewing surveillance footage within the location:

The suspect entered the restaurant proceeded to order food, and then produced a semi-automatic pistol from his right jacket pocket upon the opening of the cash register. The suspect pointed the firearm at the cashier and demanded money. The cashier complied by handing over money from the drawer. After securing the cash, the suspect returned the firearm to his jacket, stowed the money, and exited the restaurant.

The suspect was described as a black, light-skinned male with a short gray beard. He was wearing a ball cap featuring an American flag, a black jacket, a gray-colored shirt, black pants, black shoes with white soles and gray gloves with a black grip.

The Lebanon Police Department is actively investigating this incident and urges anyone with relevant information to come forward.
