The Farmers Bank has announced a significant upgrade to our drive-through services at The Farmers Bank, which will take effect on Friday, August 2. They are introducing new video ATM systems at the Frankfort drive-through locations, offering enhanced convenience and improved service for all our customers.
The video ATMs will be available from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 6:00pm Friday and 9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturdays.
The new Drive-Through Option are:
Option 1: Touch the screen to speak with a live representative who can assist you with all your transactions as if you were inside the bank. For this option you will need to present a State ID or your Driver’s License OR Matricula Card for all transactions done in the drive through lane.
Option 2: Insert your ATM card to perform traditional ATM transactions, such as withdrawing funds or depositing money into your account.
ATM Fund Availability: Check deposits made at the ATM will only have $225 available immediately. Transactions received after 12pm or on Saturday will not be processed until the next business day.
The bank believes these changes will allow us to serve our customers in Frankfort and throughout The Farmers Bank’s footprint even more effectively. They appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we transition to these new systems.
