Delphi Announces Delay In Delivery For Some Water Bills; Amounts Still Due April 15

The City of Delphi released a statement regarding water bills that may have been delayed this month, stating that customers who have not received a paper bill should stop by the office, call the office or check online for the amount due.

“Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are several water bills that have not been delivered.

If you are a customer who has not received your bill, please either stop by the office, call or check online for your amount due so that it is not late.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to know who did not receive bills, so they will all still be due on the 15th of the month, and shut offs will still be on the 25th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but please know it was nothing our office could control.”

Community members are encouraged to contract the City of Delphi office at 765-564-2097 with further questions.
