Healthy Communities of Clinton County issued a reminder of the United Way for Clinton County Stepping on Stigma 5K Run/Walk that is set for May 10 with registration currently open.
The organization stated that regular physical activity, such as walking, swimming, running or jogging, helps to boost heart health and overall well-being, and the organization further encouraged community members to partake in heart health boosting activities while supporting a cause by joining the Stepping On Stigma 5K.
The 5K this year will be held on Saturday, May 10 at Prairie Creek Park in Frankfort. Registration is $5, and registration may be completed here.
