The Humane Society of Clinton County is having a Spay-ghetti Dinner on Saturday, February 10, from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Tickets are $10 for adults, kids 8-and-under are $5 and kids 2-and-under are free. Carry-outs are available. Tickets are available from Board Members, at shelter or at the door.

Bauer Family Resources is hosting a supply drive, Pack a Class, through March 8. The supply drive aims to pack a classroom in each of the communities Bauer services with supplies most frequently used in programming. The next Clinton County Chamber of Commerce is starting its Legislative Breakfast on Saturday, February 17, from 8-9 a.m. in the Event Center at the Wesley Manor Retirement Center. The last Legislative Breakfast will be held on  Saturday, March 16. Both will be held from 8-9 a.m.

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is having its first Legislative Luncheon on Friday, January 26, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Delphi United Methodist Church, 1796 US 421, Delphi. Speakers will be Senator Ron Alting and Representative Heath VanNatter. Tickets are $15 with an RSVP by January 23, Call 765-564-6757. Also, on Saturday, February 17, at 10 a.m., the Chamber will have its Carroll County Third House Session at the Delphi Community Center. The event is free.

Boone County will hold its 2024 State of the Community on Tuesday, February 6, in Witham Pavilion at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds. Check-in with breakfast will be from 7:30-8 a.m. followed by a panel of local officials discussing community issues. RSVP is $25 per person with a deadline of February 2.

Fundae’s Ice Cream & Sweets will be having its annual Ice Cream for Breakfast event on Saturday, February 3. All three of their shops (Whitestown, Speedway and the Village of West Clay) will be opening at 8 a.m. that day to serve multiple breakfast specials.

The Clinton County 4-H Meeting and All-County Meeting will be held Sunday, February 11 at 1:30 p.m. in the Edward Jones Community 4-H Building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Individuals can meet their local club leaders, pick up books and materials, hear the latest updates, requirements and rule changes as well as get information and ask questions. The Frankfort Community Public Library has announced its slate of  Hoosier Storytellers. Kicking off the season on Monday, March 18, at 6 p.m. will be popular Frankfort musicians and storytellers, Hunter Wainscott, Jason Wells and Gibson Wells. Other dates include Friday, May 10, at 6 p.m., Red Barn Summer Theatre creative director Michael Taylor will bring along some guests; Saturday, July 27, at 1 p.m., the Frankfort Hot Dog Hall of Fame returns to the library; and Thursday, October 17, at 6 p.m., Through the Lens: Jim Ostler’s Frankfort 1960-1964.

The Rossville Kindergarten Round-Up will be held Saturday, March 9, and Saturday, March 23, in the Auditorium Lobby at the High School. Times are by appointment only. Season tickets are now available for the Friends of the Library 2024 Concert Series to be held in Skanta Theatre at the Frankfort Community Public Library. Performers will be RC Trio (March 30), Davis & Devitt (May 18) and the Boogie Woogie Kid (October 19). All concerts are on Saturday night and start at 7:30 p.m. Individual concert tickets are $12 and season tickets are $30. Cover Clinton County is a project being put on the CORE Community Center in Frankfort where they are accepting donations for winter coats, hats, gloves, scarves, blankets, tarp and sleeping bags. Anybody that may need some extra cover this winter season is welcome to utilize items from the donation box. Donations can be placed in the plastic storage containers in the Community Garden at CORE. The Friends of the Rossville Library Book Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, January 26 in the meeting room of the Rossville Library. Items for sale include both withdrawn and donated items.

The Tween/Teen STEM: 3D Printing Workshop will be held Tuesday, January 23, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Frankfort Community Public Library. This free event is open to grades 5-12.

The Clinton County Youth Theatre will present “Anne of Green Gables” in the Frankfort Community Public Library’s Skanta Theatre, The play will be performed January 25-27 at 7:30 p.m. each evening as well as at  2 p.m. Saturday, January 7. The Frankfort Community Public Library will kick off its 2024 genealogy program with an Ancestry.com class for beginners. The class will be held in the lower level meeting room at 9:30-11:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 24. This class will include one hour of classroom instruction and one hour of practical experience. The Greentown Public Library will having Keyton Romero & Band will present her unique blend of country/rock and roll music from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, February 24. Her music will be showcased at the library fundraiser, “Ballads and Baked Spaghetti”.  The library will be serving baked spaghetti, salad, drinks and dessert. Free will donations accepted.
