The Town of Burlington has announced that it is seeking a town resident to assume the role of serving on the Burlington Park Board as a vacancy has opened.
The park board meets monthly to make decisions regarding annual budgets and expenditures for park projects and maintenance, and the board is comprised of four members who reside in the township and four members who reside in the town.
The park is maintained through funds contributed by the Burlington Township Trustee and the Town of Burlington.
Community members who are a resident in the Town of Burlington and would be interested in serving on the board are encouraged to contact the Burlington Town Hall at 765-566-3672.
