Kaspar’s career began modestly in the basement of Old Stoney. Her commitment to excellence quickly earned her the respect and loyalty of her clients. Over the years, she has built a reputation for not only providing exceptional service but also for her involvement in the community.  Kaspar has earned many State Farm awards, the most significant being an “Honor/Chrystal Excellence Agent” for her entire career.

Susan Kaspar announces retirement as a State Farm Agent for over 36 years.

Susan is known for her hands-on approach and her dedication to her clients, many of whom have been with her for decades.  She had the unique opportunity to serve entire families, often assisting multiple generations with their insurance needs.  Her retirement marks the end of an era for many who relied on her guidance and expertise.

In her retirement, Kaspar will continue to contribute to the community.  She remains engaged as the President of the Crossing School Board and as a member of the Camp Cullom Board.  She is also a member of Zonta, Rotary and First Church of the Nazarene.

As Susan transitions into retirement, she expresses her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of her journey.   “I want to honor former agent Jim Wakefield and thank Steve Frey and manager Denny Drake who played key roles in getting things started.  I also want to thank State Farm for giving me this wonderful opportunity.  Many thanks to the community, my exceptional existing and former team members, managers, other agents, customers, contractors, vendors, and the skilled body shops and repair businesses who have worked so diligently to restore my insureds back to where they were before their losses.”   Kaspar continues,  “It has been a privilege to serve this wonderful community and to support so many families over the years.”

Several State Farm agents will continue to serve her customers throughout the state of Indiana, including Guadalupe (Lupe) Bautista in Frankfort.

As Susan Kaspar embarks on this new chapter of her life, she looks forward to continuing to serve the Clinton County Community, supporting her husband, Russ and spending more time with family and grandchildren.  One of Susan’s goals will be to stay off of Russ Kaspar’s “to do list”.  Russ Kaspar has said Susan would be a fantastic addition to some role at Kaspar Media Group, which holds WILO 96.9 FM, WILO 1570, Boone 102.7 FM, Clinton, Carroll and Boone County Daily News, Hoosierland TV, IdeasAndSolutions360.com and WeLoveBigDeals.com.
