Shirley A. Reed, 86, of Fra
nkfort, passed on January 30, 2025 at the home of her nephew. She was born May 14, 1938 in Frankfort to the late Freemont Ethan “Bud” Hanna and Rebecca Frances (Sheets) Sellers. She married Melvin L. Reed on October 7, 1961 and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2024.
Shirley attended Frankfort High School. She worked as an office manager for US. Auto Glass and Safelight Auto Glass. Shirley loved music, dancing, playing the piano and playing games.
Shirley is survived by brothers, Jerry (Peggy) Hanna, Larry (Laurel) Sellers, Gary (Barbara) Sellers all of Frankfort, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, spouse and brother, James Wilson.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
