Ryan Joseph Willard, 43 of Frankfort, passed away January 31, 2026 at Community Howard Regional Health, Kokomo, IN. He was born October 14, 1982 in Indianapolis, IN to Charles Earl & Wanda Lynn (Toney) Willard. He married Joan Robertson on October 25, 2019 and she survives.

Ryan was a graduate of Clinton Prairie High School and a lifelong Clinton County resident. He had worked in maintenance. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Outlaws Motorcycle Club. Ryan enjoyed golfing, bowling, coin collecting, and archery. A workaholic, he was the go-to person to fix anyone’s vehicle. He loved dirt racing with stock cars, but his greatest pride and joy was his children and grandchildren. Ryan was known by his nickname, Bigg Bizz.
Ryan is survived by his wife Joan, parents, Charles & Wanda Willard of Frankfort, children, Jaelyn (Geovanni) Garcia of Frankfort, Christopher (Daphney Pickens) Willard of Oxford, Jonathan (Shea White) Willard of Lafayette, Raynah Willard of Kokomo, Tyler Willard and Zaivan Willard, both of Frankfort, siblings, Evelyn (Donald ) Chapman of Ebony, Virginia, Charles (Rachel) Willard II of Chesterfield, Virginia, Samuel Blackburn of Frankfort, grandchildren, Enzo, Abel, Scarlette, Noa and one on the way. He is also survived by special uncle, Mike Dixon, aunts, Richelle, Patricia, Debbie, special people in his life, Alisha & Hunter King, Jessica Ellis, Catherine Buckner, Ann & Logan Garibay, as well as cousins, friends, and extended family.
Ryan was preceded in death by his sister, Laura Ann Walton and sister-in-law, Shauna Blackburn.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
