For the first time in program history, the Rossville Volleyball team has won a Regional Championship, defeating Northfield in straight sets.
The Hornets won the first set 25-19, the second 25-17 and dominated in the third, winning 25-12.
The win marks the first time that Rossville volleyball will advance past Regionals.
Rossville will play its Semi-State matches at Frankfort High School on Saturday. The Hornets will play Triton at noon and, with a win, will advance to the Semi-State Championship on Saturday at 7 p.m. against the winner of Faith Christian vs South Newton.
