Rebecca Rae “Beckie” Miller, 75, of Colfax, Indiana, passed away March 4, 2026 at Wesley Manor. She was born October 25, 1950 in Frankfort to Larry George & Elnora Jean (Swope) Dieterle. She married Miekel F. Miller on January 6, 1974 and he preceded her in death on October 24, 2014.
Beckie was a 1968 graduate of Frankfort High School and a 1972 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in elementary education. She worked in the family-owned Miller’s Fish Suppers, as well as Calderon Brothers Vending and Treat America Food Service. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Beckie enjoyed reading and watching the Chicago Cubs.
Beckie is survived by her son, Louis T. Miller of Lafayette, sisters, Stevie (Ed) Teter of Frankfort, and Linda Alward of Alabama.
In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by a half-brother, Jerry L. Dieterle.
