The summer of ‘24 will be remembered as a season of great progress around the Frankfort Square.
The transformation continues to crown the progress already made in the last few years in the downtown Clinton County Seat.
Prior Progress:
- Ellis Jewelry’s Renovation
- Taylor Construction and Renovation of the 1885 Building next to Ellis
- Old Stoney Renovation and Rehab
- Prairie Creek Park and The Farmers Bank Entertainment Center
- Nickel Plate Flats Residences
- Ivy Tech/ Career Tech Center Campus with Kaspar Hall on the Davidson Campus
- Jill Snyder’s Renovation on the Southwest corner of the square down to 51 West interior and exterior renovation
- Tony Del Real Renovation on North Side of Square
- Other community-minded initiatives improving the downtown look and feel
So now this summer, here is evidence of progress to continue the momentum already underway. Like so many things in life…it takes some pain to see the gain.
