Prairie Creek Park’s Summers End Concert Is In The Books

Weather Was Great For Seasons Last Summer Concert At Prairie Creek Park.

For Pete’s Sake Band Played Thursday Night on the Farmers Bank Performance Center Stage under beautiful skies with great attendance.

It was fitting to have local Musicians on stage for the final summer show. The For Pete’s Sake Band members are Drums-Jay Large, Guitar-Doug Simmons, Bass-Nick “Nico” Smith, and vocals- Pete Gascho. The band was great and everyone seemed to be enjoying the evening.

A bonus for the evening was part of the characters Of the Haunted House “7 Lights Of Trepidation” were ghosting around visiting, posing for photos,and handing out flyers to invite the community to come out starting FRIDAY 13TH. YES, FRIDAY IS THE NIGHT. The great thing about this haunted house at 1501 Burlington Ave.is that the money raised is for the residents Christmas gifts from their wish list.

Dates for the haunted house are
Oct. 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th, and 28th.
Tickets are $5.00 for adults – Children 8 and under are free. They also have a NON SCARY tour for children.
