Beginning today, Monday, Oct. 7, community members will see a temporary closure for a section of Washington Street in front of the Clinton County Annex Building through this Friday, Oct. 11.
Patrons will reportedly be able to still utilize parking spaces on Washington Street to visit downtown businesses during the closure.
