The Frankfort Building Services Department announced that the Popeyes Chicken location located at 1709 E. Wabash St. in Frankfort, taking the place of the old KFC building, has officially passed its final inspection and will be cleared to open its doors tomorrow, Dec. 31.
Hours are set from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the restaurant.
The news broke of Popeyes purchasing the building in March earlier this year, and the franchise that owns the location also owns 18 other Popeyes Chicken locations.
