The Northwest Carroll Public Library is hosting a water-based event for the children of Carroll County to enjoy and “beat the heat” today, Monday, June 24 at the library.
The library will be hosting its “water day” today, June 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for children and community members to join the library and fellow community members in a refreshing atmosphere of activities featuring a sprinkler and lawn games to remain cool while enjoying the summer sun.
The library encouraged attendees to utilize sunscreen during the event, and the library will not be open during the event while the community partakes in the sprinkler and lawn games.
