Michele Elaine Showkeir, 67, of Frankfort passed away on June 26,2026 at Wesley Manor in Frankfort, Indiana. She was born to Eugene Clyde and Phyllis Jean (Hall) Brouillette in Lafayette, Indiana. She married Craig Showkeir.
Michele graduated in 1977 from Dana Hills High School and received her RN certification at Saddleback Community College. She went on to be an oncology nurse in California for 34 years. Michele attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Frankfort.
Surviving are her daughters: Kristina (Bryan) Heldt and Breanna (Chris) Haws, both of Wisconsin, two sisters: Marie Brouillette and Suzanne (Roland) Rodman, both of Lafayette, a brother: Maurice (Jawan) Brouilette of Texas, 6 grandchildren, along with 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Craig, and her parents.
