Marsha Diane McCormack, 67, of Frankfort, Ind., passed away peacefully on the morning of June 12, 2025 at Wesley Manor Retirement Community. She was born on February 15, 1958 in Frankfort to Fred Leonard Woodruff and Frances Evelyn (Alter) Donoho.
Marsha was a 1976 graduate of Frankfort High School and earned her nursing degree from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. She was an RN for Home Hospital in Lafayette, she traveled the US training staff for the operating room, and then she worked for St. Vincent Hospital as a surgical nurse as well as a private duty nurse. Marsha previously attended First Church of the Nazarene in Frankfort. She was a dog lover and enjoyed walking on the beach, nursing her garden, sunbathing, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Donoho of Frankfort, daughter: Mea Frances McCormack of Cincinnati, OH, siblings: Sheryl Dunn Fiore of Westfield, Star Woodruff Bartleson of Frankfort, Angela Woodruff Reed of Apollo Beach, FL, and Craig Allen Woodruff of Avon, step-mother: Janet Woodruff of West Lafayette, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandmother: Dorothy Merrill.
A graveside service will be held at Noon on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Frankfort, with burial to follow.
