The Lebanon Fire Department recently celebrated the end of Firefighter Rafe Crow’s probationary period as he was officially welcomed to the team to serve the community of Lebanon.
The department celebrated Crow’s emergence from the probationary period following a year of dedication to the department as he joined the department on Aug. 7, 2023 where he attended the Noblesville Fire Academy.
Since his academy graduation, Crow served on Ladder 213 B-Shift where he became known by his fellow firefighters for his positivity and personality alongside his dedication to the cause.
“Firefighter Crow is known around the firehouse for his positive attitude, eagerness to learn and always having a smile on his face,” the department released.
As a means of commemorating his promotion to the rank of First Class Firefighter, Crow was presented with the Lebanon Fire Department challenge coin earlier this week.
