Larry William Lawson, 74, of Frankfort, Ind., passed away March 9, 2025 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on December 8, 1950 in Jellico, TN to Lee Robert and Martha (Perkins) Lawson. He married Glenda Biddle on July 3, 1988 and she survives.
Larry grew up in Mud Creek, Kentucky until moving to Frankfort at the age of 18. He worked for General Battery – Exide in Frankfort for 38 years. He loved working hard and fishing with his family. He also raised chickens.
Surviving along with his wife: Glenda are his Sons: Larry Joe (Bridgette) Lawson of Frankfort and David (Stephanie) Saulsberry of Frankfort; Daughter: Lisa Mae Lawson of Frankfort; Grandsons: Joshua Bowen, Radley Lawson, Jared Lawson, Jace Lawson, and Dakota Sheets; Granddaughters: Monique Golden, Jessye Richardson, and Sophia Saulsberry; Brother: James (Rosie) Lawson of Williamsburg, KY; and Sister: Elizabeth Lay of Pioneer, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, great-granddaughter: Andrea May Sheets, and siblings: Lee Roy Lawson, Darrell Lawson, Joseph Lawson, and Laura Mae Lawson.
In accordance with Larry’s wishes, no service will be held. Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center and Clinton County Crematory, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort are honored to assist the Lawson family.
