Kristine (Hunter) Winnett, 38, of Frankfort, Ind., died October 8, 2023 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind. She was born September 8, 1985 in Lafayette, Ind. to Michael ‘Mike’ Hunter and Tamara (Deeter) Harper.
Kristine was a 2004 graduate of Frankfor
t High School and attended Ivy Tech in Lafayette. She was a lifelong Clinton County resident. Kristine was a mother and homemaker to her five children. She was a ferocious reader, loved to listen to music, crocheting, swimming and was a very talented artist across many different styles. Her children were her greatest joy.
She will be forever missed by her: Mother: Tami Harper, Father: Mike Hunter, Sons: Draven Walker, Derek Walker, Kage Holt, Titan Winnett, Daughter: Kyra Anderson, Sisters: Stephanie Brooke, Brandi (Cody) Harper, April Spaulding, Tia Harper, and Jessica Harper, Brothers: Christopher Harper, TJ Miller, Ray (Destiny) Harper, and Tyler Harper, 20 nieces and nephews, a great niece, a great nephew and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her maternal & paternal grandparents and step -father: John Harper Jr.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Friends may visit Noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
