A Kokomo man was arrested on Tuesday following an investigation that found he was allegedly in possession of child pornography.
On Feb. 14, just after 11:30 a.m., Kokomo Police Investigators served a search warrant at a residence in the 5000 block of Peshewa Court in Kokomo. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued out of Howard County for the arrest of Donald Hubbard, age 59 of Kokomo, who was arrested on March 18 on two counts of possession of child pornography, Level 6 Felonies.
