In celebration of National FFA Week, Keystone Cooperative has
once again affirmed its long-standing commitment to youth development and agricultural education by
contributing $40,000 to the Indiana FFA Foundation, marking the third consecutive year of support at this
level. This continued investment reflects the cooperative’s belief in the power of FFA to cultivate strong leaders
and prepare students for the rapidly evolving ag industry.

This year’s donation will help fund programs that engage students in hands-on learning across agriscience,
conservation, technology, and leadership. Keystone recognizes that these experiences equip young people
with the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in modern agriculture. Many Keystone employees
are former FFA members themselves, and many continue to give back through volunteering, mentoring,
coaching, and judging competitive events.

“Supporting FFA means supporting the future of agriculture,” said Kevin Still, CEO of Keystone Cooperative. “For
three years now, this $40,000 annual gift has reflected our belief in the next generation and our commitment
to investing in the young people who will lead our industry forward. At Keystone, serving our communities
and farmer-owners starts with building opportunities for tomorrow’s talent.”

“Keystone Cooperative continues to demonstrate what true industry partnership looks like,” said Lisa Chaudion,
Executive Director of the Indiana FFA Foundation. “Their sustained investment not only strengthens our
programs but, more importantly, opens doors for students to discover careers, build technical skills, and grow
as leaders. When organizations step forward year after year at this level, it sends a powerful message to our
members that the agricultural community believes in them and is committed to their success.”

This annual contribution aligns with Keystone’s broader strategy to develop young professionals and build a
strong, skilled workforce within agriculture and energy. Keystone’s SEED (Securing Experience & Employee
Development) program continues to offer non-college-bound graduates fulltime roles within the cooperative,
giving them the chance to explore multiple career paths and begin building long-term futures close to home.

Through consistent support of FFA and continued investment in workforce development, Keystone
Cooperative remains committed to its mission to Lead, Serve, Grow, Embrace and to champion the next
generation that will guide the future of agriculture.
