Judith A. “Judy” Linscott, 72, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at St. Vincent Ascension Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born September 27, 1952, in Salem to Robert J. and Norma Jean (Holland) Brown. She married Albert Paul Capps, Jr. They divorced. She then married Roger D. Linscott on September 15, 1973. He preceded her in passing on November 7, 2015.
Judy was a graduate of Seymour High School, class of 1970. She worked for the National Cigar Factory until her retirement in 2015. She then worked at Wal-Mart until 2024. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, going to yard sales, and having fun with her friends and family. She loved being a mother and was faithful and loyal to her family and friends.
Judy is survived by four sons, Brent Linscott, Bret (Jen) Capps, Bart (Amy) Capps, and Bryan (Missy) Capps; a sister, Renda Jean Olds; grandchildren, Brendan and Brandon Capps, Katelyn (Alex) Greeno), Brody Capps, Brennan Linscot, Mercades Linscott; and a great-grandchildren, Norah Greeno and Journey Linscott.
Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by a son Bruce Linscott and her parents.
