The Howard County Vietnam Veterans Organization will be hosting its 42nd Annual All Veterans Reunion spanning from Sunday, Sept. 15 through Sunday, Sept. 22 for veterans at 8313 County Road East 400 South in Greentown.
The organization stated that armbands for gat admission is required for all visitors, members and reunion site guests, and the armbands must be shown upon every re-entry to the grounds. The organization stated that armbands cost $15 for full-week entry from Sunday through Sunday or $5 for per-day entry, which will only be available through tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 18.
The organization stated that all sisters, brothers, families and friends of all future, current and past branches are welcome to attend. The organization will honor its hope today, Tuesday, Sept. 17, its diversity tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 18, its fallen on Thursday, Sept. 19, its forgotten on Friday, Sept. 20, its supporters on Saturday, Sept. 21 and its God and country on Sunday, Sept. 22.
Live music will be present at the grounds on Thursday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. The event will also have a silent auction, raffles and 50/50 drawings. The general store, food and drink vendors, the Beer Barn, three large buildings with over 100 vendors, merchandise, memorabilia, souvenirs and displays will also be available to peruse.
A special Sunday service will also be held on Sunday, Sept. 22 at the grounds.
