Hivemind Theatre Troupe Performs ‘My Fatal Valentine’ At The Delphi Opera House

The Rossville Hivemind Theatre Troupe recently performed for audiences earlier this month for their annual audience-participation mystery dinner theatre production of My Fatal Valentine at the Delphi Opera House, with performances occurring on Friday, Feb. 7 and Saturday, Feb. 8.

Set at an awards ceremony for a best-selling romance novelist, the evening took a suspenseful turn when one of the nominees was mysteriously murdered. It was up to the audience to crack the case by interrogating suspects and uncovering the truth. Adding to the fun, audience members took the stage to perform dramatic readings of excerpts from the fictional “spicy” romance novels at the center of the mystery.

One enthusiastic attendee shared, “I’ve been going to these mystery shows for several years. I think this was the best one yet.”

Guests enjoyed an Italian dinner, included with admission, while being entertained by both the mystery and additional performances from talented local artists, including Brayden White, Robbie Vantuinen and Christina Ludwig.

In the end, it was the audience who determined the killer, making for an engaging, interactive and unforgettable evening.
