A three month investigation led to the arrest of a Hendricks County man earlier today. In February, 2023, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) received a tip alleging 34 year old Frank Grecco III was in possession of child pornography. ICAC immediately began an investigation which led to detectives requesting a search warrant which was subsequently granted by the Hendricks County Court.
The search warrant was served by ICAC detectives, ISP Digital Forensic Examiners, and officers from the Plainfield Police Department. Examinations of the devices were completed and presented to the Hendricks County Prosecutors office for review. An arrest warrant was issued and served by officers with the Plainfield Police Department earlier today without incident. Grecco III was incarcerated at the Hendricks County Jail.
All crimes mentioned in this release are alleged and all suspects are presumed until and unless proven guilty in court.
