Kaspar Media is excited to announce the first ever girls basketball All-Hoosierland TV team.
Student-athletes covered by Hoosierland TV in Clinton, Carroll and Boone counties were among those selected.
Here are the members selected to the team:
Carly Davison – Clinton Central
Davison had a standout junior season, averaging 19.6 points per game, 7.2 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 4.2 steals. Davison scored a season-high 32 points against Pioneer and scored double figures in every game this season.
Ava Burkle – Rossville
Burkle was the leading scorer for the Hornets, averaging a double-double with 15.4 points and 10.2 rebounds while adding 3.1 assists and 3.1 steals. The junior had a career game in a win against Frontier where she stuffed the stat sheet with 18 points, 23 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks.
Jillian Salts – Carroll
Salts stepped up in a big way for the Sectional Champion Carroll Cougars. As a junior, Salts averaged 14.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. In a six-point win against Marion, Salts finished with 27 points and 13 rebounds.
Hyleigh Wilson – Clinton Prairie
Wilson is one of the premier defenders in the area and is known for her strong motor. The senior averaged 6 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.4 steals per game. Against Delphi, Wilson had a season-high 10 steals to go along with nine points, six rebounds and four assists.
Emily Justice – Carroll
Justice was a sharpshooter for the Cougars. The senior averaged 9.2 points per game and knocked down 51 triples this season. Justice knocked down five of seven threes and scored a season-high 21 points against North White.
Claire Boling – Lebanon
Boling was the leading scorer for Lebanon, helping them finish fourth in a tough Sagamore Conference. As a senior, Boling averaged 10.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.9 steals a game. She had a season-high 21 points against West Lafayette in an early season win.
Allie Elliott – Rossville
Elliott was a big piece for the Hornets, who finished as sectional runner-ups. As a sophomore, Elliott averaged 9.8 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. She helped the Hornets get off to a great start in the first game of the season against Delphi, Elliott posted a 19-point, 10-rebound double-double.
Ella McAtee – Frankfort
McAtee was a big bright spot for a Frankfort squad going through a tough rebuild this season. The senior averaged 6.3 points and 2.3 steals per game. Her best night of the season came against Taylor where she produced 23 points and five rebounds.
