Following an investigation that concluded earlier this week, a Frankfort man was arrested on counts of dealing in methamphetamine.
An investigation ending on Monday, Nov. 25 led to the arrest of Michael Fosnight, 48, in Frankfort on official charges filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office of dealing in methamphetamine in an amount of 10 or more grams, a Level 2 Felony, possession of methamphetamine of more than 28 grams, a Level 3 Felony, dealing in methamphetamine and dealing in methamphetamine between one and five grams, a Level 4 Felony, possession of paraphernalia and introducing a controlled substance into body, a C Misdemeanor.
“Our department continues to focus on those who deal dangerous drugs in our city,” Chief Scott Shoemaker said. “I am proud of the proactive enforcement by our Narcotics Unit and Patrol Division to make solid arrests of those who deal methamphetamine in our city.”
