The Frankfort Community Public Library will be hosting a DNA Q & A session headed by biologists and genetic genealogist Robert Sliwinksi on Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m. in the lower level meeting room for talks about DNA and how its testing results may impact the means of discovering even more about family history.
The event encourages those debating taking a DNA test, those who have received their results or those who have a passion to dive deeper into genetic genealogy to attend the event to learn more about their passion for researching their family history.
Attendees may submit specific questions in advance for the event by emailing the Frankfort Community Public Library’s Genealogy Manager Jill Garrison at jgarrison@myfcpl.org. Questions should be concise to continue the flow of the program. The program is free, but registration is required. Potential attendees are encouraged to call 765-654-8746, visit myfcpl.org/calendar or visit the Frankfort Community Public Library to register.
