The Flora-Monroe Township Public Library has announced its upcoming “Stargazing with a Telescope” event that has been set for tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 27 with opportunities for community members to gaze at the stars with an up-close view through a telescope.
Community members are invited to join together tomorrow, Feb. 27 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in the library parking lot for a chance to receive a close-up view of Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and Venus.
If weather conditions inhibit the visibility of the planets and stars or otherwise deter visitors, the event will be rescheduled. The event is open to all ages.
