County Road 100 E To Temporarily Close Near Lebanon

The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that a temporary road closure will occur on County Road 100 East, known as Hall Baker Bridge, over I-65 just south of Lebanon beginning in November.

Beginning on or after Monday, Nov. 4, crews are expected to close the bridge to conduct maintenance work. During the closure, the I-65 southbound entrance ramp will be inaccessible for drivers, and the I-65 northbound entrance ramp will be inaccessible for drivers traveling north on County Road 100 East.

The department stated that work is expected to last until early December depending on weather, which may cause the completion date to change.

The official detour for those traveling south on County Road 100 East will be I-65 northbound to State Road 39, exit 139, then the I-65 southbound entrance ramp. For those traveling north on County Road 100 East, the official detour will be to follow southbound Indianapolis Road to State Road 267 to I-65 northbound.

The department encourages all drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution in and around all work zones.
