The Frankfort Community Public Library encouraged community youth to sign up for the upcoming Audition Workshop that will take place next Monday and Tuesday for community youth to learn more about the world of theatre.
The workshop will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 3 and Tuesday, March 4. During the workshop, attendees will be able to practice master monologues, script readings and the singing and dance portions of auditions. Additionally, attendees will receive insider tips from the Clinton County Youth Theatre crew on what the director will look for as well as an opportunity to ask questions before the big day of auditions for the summer musical.
The workshop is free to attend, but registration is required. Registration may be completed at engagedpatrons.org.
Following the workshop, auditions will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on March 6, March 10 and March 12.
The Frankfort Community Public Library also announced that it plans to make a big announcement tomorrow, Wednesday, Feb. 26.
