The Carroll County Economic Development Corporation has released its report regarding the growth in Carroll County that continues to see expansion of the economy every year.
The organization released 2023 statistics as the 2024 year draws to an end, which included reports that the population of Carroll County has grown by 317 over the last five years and is projected to grow by 292 over the next five years, and the population currently stands, as of the 2023 findings, at 20,525.
The organization stated that total regional employment is 6,584 with jobs growing by 242 over the last five years with a projected growth to 224 more jobs over the next five years.
