Brian Steven Vasquez, 33, of Frankfort, passed away February 7, 2026 in his home.  He was born on February 27, 1992 in Los Angeles, California to Edwin R. and Mayra (Lemus) Vasquez and they survive.

Brian attended Frankfort High School and later earned his GED.  He worked in construction.  Brian accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at Primera Iglesia Bautista.  He loved listening to music, especially hip hop.  He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.  Some of his favorite activities were going out to eat and being with family and friends, especially with his daughter and his girlfriend: Jaquelin enjoying the culinary arts of food.  Brian’s main purpose was to be a father that Alexia could always be proud of.

Surviving along with his parents are his daughter: Alexia M. Vasquez of Frankfort, girlfriend: Jaquelin Romero Barrios of Frankfort, siblings: Kirvi A. Garza (Josue Rodriguez) of Indianapolis, Edwin Rene Vasquez, Brenda M. Vasquez, Joel Vasquez, and Evelyn M. Vasquez all of Los Angeles, CA, aunts and uncles: Judith Vasquez (Mauricio Ayala) and Lilian Garza (Sergio Morales) of Frankfort, Helen Flores and Yennifer Flores of Indianapolis, Gilda Vasquez of Frankfort, Edgar H. (Nancy) Lemus of Mission, TX and Manuel Morales of Lafayette, Tony Vasquez of Frankfort, cousins: Lilian (Pablo) Flores of Frankfort, Ludvin D. Cambara Vasquez of Frankfort, Jordan Eduardo Ortiz of Frankfort, Joshua Ortiz of Frankfort, Alan N. Lemus of Spain, Keyla Lemus of San Antonio, TX, Nancy M. Bojorquez of Frankfort, and Yadira B. Cortez of Orlando, FL, Lauren S. Moscoso of Indianapolis, Kenia A. Ortiz of Indianapolis, Maybelin Lemus of Frankfort, and Rocio A. Morales of Frankfort, as well as the members of the Vasquez and Lemus families and extended family and friends.

Friends and family may visit 3-8 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
