The Flora Community Club has announced its upcoming Brian Biggs Memorial Semi Formal Dance for community members with special needs to bond together and dance the night away.
The Brian Biggs Memorial Semi Formal Dance dances off on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at The shed at Pine View Golf Course at 5310 Norway Rd. in Monticello with preregistration being required by Sept. 4 for extra perks.
The event is geared toward welcoming all special needs teens and adults from White and Carroll Counties 13-years-old and above with numerous activities and perks courtesy of Flowers and Friends.
“Enjoy a delicious dinner, then hit the dance floors for an evening of music, laughter and great company,” the Club released. “Let’s make it a night to remember.”
Entry for the dance will be $5 at the door, and those who preregister for the event by Sept. 4 will receive extra perks from Flowers and Friends, including free hair, nails, tiara and wrist corsage for girls and a free boutonniere for boys.
