Barbara A. Bandy, 85, of Mulberry, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She was born in Lafayette on January 9, 1941, to James and Edythe (Anderson) Bull. She married Bob Bandy on August 23, 1959. He preceded her in passing on December 11, 2023.
Barb was a graduate of Dayton High School and went on to work as a caregiver at Mulberry Health. She was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading. She loved her family and enjoyed making memories with her children and grandchildren. She also loved time with her dog, Daisy. Barb’s compassion and care will be missed by all that came to know her.
Barb is survived by her children, Robert Bandy, Mark (Lisa) Bandy, Todd (Mary) Bandy, and Dayna (Lance) Loveless; sister, Margaret Roberts; brother-in-law, John Gaylor; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Barb was preceded in passing by her parents; daughter-in-law, Teena; sisters, Marie Siegfried and Nancy Gaylor.
