The Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action will launch the Inner Light support group for those above the age of 55 struggling with anxiety or depression.
The program is specifically-designed to aid seniors experiencing anxieties or depression, and it will be held on the first Thursday of every month with the first meeting being held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7. The support group will meet at the Healthy Communities of Clinton County office at 1234 Rossville Ave. in Frankfort.
