American Porkers Food Truck celebrated on year of business on Saturday, June 17. In honor of their first anniversary, owner Chris Winchester announced a new menu item,
“The One80 Dog”.
The smoked hot dog comes topped with BBQ chicken and coleslaw and all proceeds from the item will go to One80 Recovery Resources.
One80 Recovery Resources is an inpatient and outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility in Frankfort. The facility offers a 12-month “Pathfinder Recovery Program” for men.
The faith-based program helps residents set and maintain individual goals, obtain jobs, and learn financial literacy. Winchester said he wished there was something like One80 around for him and he is happy to support a great organization.
