Motorists traveling near State Road 28 should be aware of an upcoming overnight ramp closure scheduled for Thursday evening, July 16.
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced that contractors will close the ramp from State Road 28 to I-65 northbound while crews complete pavement patching work.
The closure is expected to take place between 9 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday and is anticipated to last for one evening. The schedule is weather dependent and may change if conditions prevent crews from completing the work.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, seek alternate routes, and use caution when traveling through the area during the overnight construction period.
