The Kirklin American Legion has issued an invitation for local Veterans, active-duty military members and the public to attend a dedication ceremony set for this Friday.
The Legion will host the dedication ceremony for the newly installed flagpole, memorial bench and patriotic mural at Post 310 at 105 E. Madison St. in Kirklin at 6:30 p.m. this Friday, Sept. 20.
A cake celebration will follow the brief ceremony to dedicate the new additions to the Post.
“Please join us for this special day,” the Legion released.
