On Friday, November 4, Frankfort Police Department Narcotics Unit arrested 52-year-old Dale Cobbs on multiple drug charges.
Detectives were able to obtain a search warrant to seize evidence from Cobbs and his bicycle.
The following is a list of charges filed by the Clinton County Prosecutor on Monday:
2 counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine Level 4 Felony
1 count of Possession of Methamphetamine Level 6 Felony
1 count of Possession of Narcotic Drug Level 6 Felony
1 count of Possession of Paraphernalia Misdemeanor
