History enthusiasts and community members are invited to attend the Indiana Veterans Home Cemetery Tour on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in West Lafayette.
Hosted by TCHA staff and volunteers, the self-guided tour will highlight Civil War veterans who once resided at the Indiana Veterans’ Home. Throughout the cemetery, docents will be stationed at selected gravesites to share stories about the veterans’ lives, military service, and historical significance.
The event is free and open to the public, and no reservations are required.
Limited parking will be available within the cemetery grounds. Additional parking is located a short walk east of the cemetery and can be accessed through the Soldiers’ Home Road entrance.
