Families looking for Independence Day fun will find plenty of activities at Flora’s Fourth of July Celebration, with events scheduled throughout the day on July 4.
One of the featured attractions will be the Queen City Stunt Circus, which will perform free shows at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the 4-H Show Arena. Attendees can expect a variety of high-energy acts and family-friendly entertainment.
Children ages 12 and younger are also invited to participate in a Giant Bubble Party at Flora Park from 5 to 7 p.m. Organizers encourage participants to bring a towel and prepare for plenty of bubble-filled fun.
The annual Fourth of July Parade will begin at noon, with lineup starting at 11 a.m. Community members, organizations, businesses and individuals are all invited to participate. There is no fee to enter the parade.
The Flora Community Club is sponsoring the celebration and encourages residents and visitors alike to spend the holiday enjoying the festivities, entertainment and community spirit.
