The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce has announced Calin Smith as its new executive director, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Smith will lead the Chamber’s day-to-day operations, membership development, advocacy efforts, programs and strategic partnerships. In her new role, she will work closely with the Chamber’s Board of Directors, members and community partners to support local businesses and encourage continued economic growth throughout Carroll County.
“I am excited to serve the businesses and professionals who contribute so much to our community,” Smith said. “I look forward to listening to our members, building meaningful partnerships and helping businesses connect, grow and succeed.”
As executive director, Smith will help strengthen relationships between the Chamber and the local business community while supporting initiatives designed to promote business development and community growth.
