Dan W. Clark, 79, of Lafayette, passed away October 31, 2026 at Traditions of Lafayette in Lafayette, Indiana. He was born December 31, 1946 in Elwood, Indiana to William W. and Mary Jane (Logan) Clark. He married Brenda D. Sanders on November 20, 1965, and she preceded him in death on June 18, 2005.
Dan was a 1964 graduate of Clinton Prairie High Schol. He received his Certificate of Management from Ivy Tech and went on to work for thirty years in shipping and receiving at Sun Chemical in Frankfort. He retired in September of 2004 but also worked for a time at Walmart. Dan attended the First Baptist Church in Frankfort.
Surviving are: his sons, Daniel R. (Theresa) Clark of Lebanon, Joseph D. (Pam) Clark of Kirklin, and Brandon W. (Amy) Clark of Bedford; eight grandchildren, Jessica (Matt) Siefers of Mulberry, Daniel (Jessica) Kelley of Attica, Olivia Perez of Frankfort, Jerrick Kelley of Lebanon, Janelle Kelley of Lebanon, Kylee (Brett) Lowry of Culver, Grant Clark of Lafayette, Noah Clark of Rossville, and Mariah Leach of Kirklin; eight great-grandchildren; his brother, Rix (Karen) Clark of Mechanicsburg; and his sister, Veda (Dennis) Branagin of Mechanicsburg.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, William and Mary Jane; his wife, Brenda; his brother, Roger Clark; and his great-grandson, Hudson Eugene Lowry.
Friends may visit Saturday, November 7 from 10 a.m. to noon at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
