The Bacon Bowl returns to Hoosierland TV tomorrow as Carroll and Delphi battle it out for the Big Skillet trophy.
Carroll is in search of its sixth straight win over rival Delphi.
Delphi enters the game at 1-2 after losses to Twin Lakes and Eastern.
Carroll bounced back from a loss to Maconaquah by blowing out Taylor in week three and sits at 2-1.
It will be the first Bacon Bowl for Delphi head coach Terry Peebles; the longtime Harrison coach is in his first year with the Oracles.
Blake Betzner, in his sixth season as head coach of the Cougars, is undefeated against Delphi.
The game features clashing offensive styles as Carroll brings a run-first approach with junior running back Jon Carey. Carey has amassed 373 yards on the ground in the first three games.
Delphi has lived through the air, with junior quarterback Weston Brown averaging 252 passing yards per game.
The Cougar defense has been strong, holding opponents to just 16 points per game. After a strong start in week one with 35 points, the Delphi offense has managed just 20 over the past two games.
