Stanley R. Duckworth, 88, of Frankfort, passed away May 29, 2026 in his home.  He was born on March 23, 1938 in Kempton, Indiana to Ralph & Shula (Frazier) Duckworth.  He married Carol King on June 23, 1962 in Michigantown and she preceded him in death on June 25, 2025.

Stanley attended school at Moran and was a lifelong Clinton County resident.  He worked as a production Foreman for Carr Cabinet Company for 20 years and was a truck driver for Pelling & Pelling.  Stanley was a lifetime member of the Eagles Lodge.  He loved being with his grandkids and great-grandkids.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially rabbit hunting and fishing, and also enjoyed auctions.

Stanley is survived by his son, Mike Duckworth of Frankfort, son, Rocky Bell of Frankfort, daughter, Marsha Bell-Barber of Frankfort, brothers, Norman Duckworth, Ronald “Bud” K. (Donna) Duckworth of Monticello, sisters, Patty Jones of Kokomo and Mary Lee Duckworth of Frankfort, grandchildren, Michael Bell(Lizz), Alisha Stevenson-Rountree (Shawn), Josh Bell (Tia), Amanda Wallsmith (Richard), Jeramy Bell (Shaeley), Ashtyon Bell, Addyson Bell, Starla Baker (Brad), and Randy Barber, great-grandchildren, Jordan, Caidyn, Carsten, Holden, Madison, Roman, Sloan, Quinn, Chloe, Austin, Abi, Parker, Asher, Sophia, Landrie, Lynnix, Landon, Adalyn, Attlie, and Callie, along with a great-great-grandchild, Remi.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol, 2 brothers, Rick and Harold Gene, sister, Suzie Pasco, daughter-in-law, Stella Bell, and grandchildren, Andrew Bell and Stacy Stevenson, and great-grandchild, Harper Bell.

Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort.  A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2026 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Bacon Cemetery.  Memorial Donations may be made in Stanley’s honor to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #976, 408 N.
