Brian K. Smart Sr., 67, of Frankfort, Indiana, passed away November 14, 2025 at Witham Health Services in Lebanon, Indiana. He was born on March 8, 1958 in Frankfort to Pete and Doris (Niedlinger) Smart. He married Susan Helen Isenberg on May 21, 1976 and she preceded him in death on July 20, 2024.
Brian attended Clinton Central Schools and was a self-employed over the road truck driver for 38 years. He loved spending time with his great-grandkids and enjoyed motorcycle riding and John Wayne movies.
Surviving are his children: Barbara Jo Isenberg of Florida, Brian K. Smart, Jr. of Kingston, Tennessee, and Subrina Renee Aimee Smart of Frankfort, Indiana, grandchildren: Rebecca (Devon) Caldwell of Whitestown, Brian K. Smart, III of Colfax, Indiana and Christopher Morgan of Arkansas, great-grandchildren: Axxel, Evangeline, and Rylan, along with his sisters: Glenda Harmon of Indianapolis, Indiana and Patricia (Marty) Whitesell of Kokomo, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.
